We want to let you know that by law we are the owners & "custodians" of your pet medical records in order to keep your privacy and also because it is a legal document that we will need to keep at least for 3 years after your last visit.

For that reason we can not give you the medical record, but we can give you a summary of the medical record that includes Vaccination Records, Blood work test results, Surgical or dental procedures done & the last year purchasing records .

Due to the work it represented to keep records (phisically & digitally) plus now the work to compile, scan & convert to PDF or make copies it will have a recovery cost of $220 pesos, which you can pay by PayPal (any debit or credit card) or direct in our old petshop filling the request form.
